Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped. All have private lanai and ample closet space. The apartments have air conditioning, ceiling fans and good ventilation. They meet your needs, whether for a short vacation or a stay of a month or more.
The Royal Kuhio Recreation Deck
Enjoy the L-shaped swimming pool or just relax and perfect that dream suntan. Sit in the sauna or grill a piece of fresh fish on the gas or charcoal grills. Shoot a few baskets or perfect your putting. The exercise room has a variety of equipment including stationary bikes, weight-training equipment and even a scale. All these — and more — are available to you on the breezy 7th-floor recreation deck.

The Royal Kuhio occupies a square block in the heart of Waikiki. Centrally located and right on the bus line, it is surrounded by stately palms, heroic cycads and colorful flowers. Follow this path to a truly memorable Waikiki vacation location.
Excellent views
Because the building rises from the center of its own block, the apartments all have excellent views from their lanais. Wherever you are, you’ll have a dramatic city view plus a look at some of the many natural features that make Hawaii such a special place. Obviously from this apartment you see a great ocean expanse.
Full kitchen
Full kitchens and attractive dining areas make renting a condo a sensible choice for a comfortable, affordable vacation in Waikiki. You can easily prepare breakfast, snacks, and even full meals in the convenience of your “home away from home.” All units have full-size, modern appliances, matched dishes and the like. “Extras” range from rice cookers and popcorn poppers to bud vases.
Typical bedroom
Each deluxe studio is decorated differently. Apartments have either a queen-size bed or a pair of twin beds in the bedroom area; the one pictured actually has a twin bed and a queen bed.
There’s a closet in the bedroom. Adjacent to the bedroom is a dressing room and another closet.
The living room has a queen-size sofa bed and TV.
