The studio apartment is carefully planned to provide you with maximum space to enjoy the amazing setting, no matter what the weather.
There’s a queen size wall bed and a long, comfortable sofa that provides an additional sleeping option.We can also provide a futon if you prefer. There are plenty of sheets, towels, kitchen utensils and books.
Swimming Pool Area
Amidst lovely landscaping, you can relax beside our swimming pool with the life-like tile dolphins. Nearby is a plumeria-shaded barbecue and picnic area. Of course the beautiful Pacific Ocean with pods of whales passing during the winter months is just steps away.
The ocean, beach and Waianae Mountains provide an ever-changing panorama, which you can enjoy from many perspectives.
Monk Seal Visits Makaha Shores
This rare monk seal came ashore at Makaha Shores on March 5, 2007. This has occurred as often as once or twice annually. This is the first time that we have been able to photograph it in motion.
